How can I reload or top up my card?
To top-up a card, the admin/owner should transfer funds from the company's wallet to any card provided by the company (company wallet should have funds).
Step 1: Login to the Karboncard Dashboard
Step 2. Navigate to the Cards section from the menu after logging into the dashboard.
Step 3. Click on the card that you want to top up and you will be able to see a "Controls" page pop up seen, where you can see multiple options as seen below
Once the page is seen, you can simply select the "Top Up Card" option that is seen and you can enter the required amount to be transferred from your Corporate wallet to that particular card.After entering the amount, press "Top Up" to finish topping up the card.
How to view your virtual card?
It is simple to view your virtual card.
Step 1: Login to the Karboncard Dashboard
Step 2. To view your virtual card, please navigate to the Cards section from the menu after logging into the dashboard.
Step 3. Simply click on the card that you want to check the card number & CVV for and you will be able to see a "Controls" page pop up seen, where you can see multiple options as seen below.
Once the page is seen, simply select on "Card number and CVV" option and you will be able to view your virtual card and get details too of your card which includes card number, expiry, CVV
How to set transaction preferences on your Karbon card?
To make your transaction successful the first thing that needs to be done is to set up preferences as per your requirement from the card via which you want to do the transaction
Step 1: Login to the Karbon card Dashboard
Step 2. Please navigate to the Cards section from the menu after logging into the karbon dashboard.
Step 3. Simply click on the card from where you want to make the transaction and you will be able to see a "Controls" page pop up seen, where you can see multiple options as seen below.
Step 4. Navigate to the Controls section and select the Limits option. On the subsequent page, you'll find three sections: ATM, POS, and ECOM. Toggle the parts you require and specify the desired limit amount for each. Finally, click on the submit button to save your changes.
